Please click on the image to view a copy of the presentation made to Council recently that will be debated the week of November 23rd. One obvious highlight is the 0% Residential Tax Increase that just happens to coincide with an election year.
Some comments made by Administration during their presentation of this document to Council included that they had left, "no stone unturned" and "no levers left to pull" to reduce expenditures next year. Those comments are particularly interesting given that their "SAVE" plan (highlighted on page 18) is implementing only 22 of the over 2500 ideas they received for reducing expenditures.
